PURPOSE:To prevent the damage due to an impact force by adding a mechanism to support respective roller bearing with plural elastic body arms symmetrical to the rotation to a rotating shaft for respective roller shafts to the external part of a roller bearing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Elastic members 13a and 13b are composed of an elastic body arm 16, an inner ring 17 of an elastic member and an outer ring 18 of the elastic member. The stress collection to upper side and lower side roller bearings 5 and 6 due to an impact force can be dispersed to upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14, and the smaller the rigidity of the elastic body arm 16 of the upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14 is, the larger the stress collection to the upper side and lower side elastic members 13 and 14 can be. Thus, even when VTR receives the impact force such as dropping and collision, it is hard to generate the damage and deformation of the roller bearing mechanism part.
