<p>PURPOSE:To decrease a power consumption by detecting the change of an address input signal, receiving the output of an address edge trigger circuit to generate an one-shot pulse and controlling the action condition and non-action condition of a sense amplifier circuit with the output signal of a timer circuit to generate the pulse for a constant period. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 13 outputs a pulse signal II to a sense amplifier circuit 7 by a pulse signal I, and the sense amplifier circuit 7 is made into the action condition by a pulse signal II only while the pulse signal II is outputted. Approximately simultaneously with the action, an X decoder circuit 3 selects a word line 9 and a Y decoder circuit 5 selects a bit line 11 respectively. When the pulse signal II rises, the sense amplifier circuit 7 comes to be the non-action condition again, the later memory information is accumulated from a data latch circuit 14 and outputted from the data latch circuit 14 through an output buffer circuit 8. Thus, the semiconductor integrated circuit device with a low power consumption can be obtained.</p> |
