PURPOSE:To continuously mass-produce a sheet having wide width directly from molten metal and to contrive the cost down by pouring the molten metal flow to the member having the surface shape with continuous dent face to the roll rotational shaft direction. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal 2 in a ladle 1 is poured into a vessel 4 through a stopper 3, and supplied into between the rolls 7, 8 from a slit nozzle 5 arranged in the vessel 4 through an inclined plate 6 and rolled. The rolled sheet 11 is bited into pinch rolls 9, 10. The inclined plate 6 is arranged at the same width as the width of the slit nozzle 5, which is arranged in the vessel 4, and this width is the same as the width of the sheet to be produced. The surface of the inclined plate 6 is formed as dent face for guiding the molten metal flow. |
