CONTAINER END WALL STRUCTURE A drawn and ironed container having excellent structural strength and being especially suited for containers formed from thinner gauged stock. The specific configuration and dimensions of the container and the end wall thereof are especially important in providing the increased structural strength exhibited by the container of present invention. The container has a side wall and inwardly tapered flat portion on the lower portion of the side wall, an arcuate portion joined to the bottom of the flat portion by a radiused portion, a second flat lower portion joined to the lower end of said second arcuate portion by a radiused portion, and third flat upwardly extending portion joined by a radiused portion to said lower flat portion and a central domed section joined to said flat upwardly extending portion by a radiused portion.
