PURPOSE:To obtain a signal recording medium prevented from reproducing with time shift or allowed to reduce considerably the time shift by recording signals by shifting the signals relatively from a simultaneously read position by a prescribed distance corresponding to the difference between delay time values generated in respective reproducing while considering these delay time. CONSTITUTION:A video signal to be delayed is inputted from a terminal 9 and inputted to an A/D converter 11. Usually, the A/D converter 11 samples an 8-bit signal at 3fsc sampling frequency and A/D converts the sampled signal. The fsc is a color subcarrier frequency. The output of the A/D converter 11 is inputted to a velocity converter 12 and velocity converted contents are stored in a memory 13 constituted by an RAM. After delaying the data stored in the memory 13 by 3 fields, a velocity converter 14 reads out the delayed data. A D/A converter 15 converts the read data into an analog signal and outputs the analog signal to a terminal 10 as a delayed video signal. |
