PURPOSE:To improve the insulation property of a horizontal deflecting coil and a vertical deflecting coil, by solidifying either the horizontal or the vertical deflecting coil with an insulating resin and arranging the other deflecting coil over the insulating resin layer. CONSTITUTION:An insulating resin 5 is poured over a vertical deflecting coil 3 accommodated in a common use slot 4c, and the width of the insulating resin 5 from the end of the coil is made even by controlling the amount of the pouring resin. After solidifying the vertical deflecting coil 3 with the poured resin 5, a horizontal deflecting coil 2 is wound over the vertical coil 3 or a wound horizontal deflecting coil 2 is accommodated in the slit. Therefore, since an insulating layer consisting of the insulating resin 5 is formed between the horizontal and the vertical deflecting coils 2 and 3, the both coils 2 and 3 never contact closely and the voltage-proof property is improved.
