PURPOSE:To simplify the metallizing process of a ceramics and to improve the rigidity of the lead itself, by metallizing only one side of a stem seramics, and silver-alloy brazing a sealing member and the center and side leads on the same plane side. CONSTITUTION:To a stem ceramics 30, a metallizing process is given to the inner side of the tube bulb, a sealing cylinder 5 and plural metal plates 27 are silver-alloy-brazed on the same plane, and the brazed sealing cylinder 5 and the metal plates 27 are insulated electrically each other by forming recesses not metallized on the metallized side of the ceramics 30. A center lead 22 and a side lead 23 are silver-alloy-brazed to the metal plates 27 respectively, one ends of out-going leads 25 and 26 which penetrate the stem ceramics 30 penetrate through the metal plates 27, and connected respectively inside the tube bulb by the sliver-alloy-brazing, while the other ends are drawn out of the vacuum and linked electrically to the center lead 22 and the side lead 23 respectively.
