PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, to reduce airtight brazing portions, and to improve the reliability, by forming the inner cylindrical projection of a metallic exhaust pipe, the cylindrical support of the exhaust pipe surrounding concentrically the periphery of the inner cylindrical projection, and the outer extension of the exhaust pipe incorporating integrally, all with a copper material. CONSTITUTION:Metallic exhaust pipe parts are made from a blank copper material by a compression press process beforehand, and an inner projection cylinder 32, a supporting cylinder 33, and an outer extension 37 are incorporated integrally, and then the supporting cylinder 33 is assembled in an airtight brazing to the opening of an insulating cylinder 17. Since the metallic exhaust pipe with the inner projection cylinder 32 connected to an antenna lead 15, the supporting cylinder 33, and the outer extension 37 are formed integrally with a copper material, the exhaust pipe itself has no airtight connection, resulting in a high reliability. And since they are all incorporated with the copper material, the high-frequency loss is little, the rise of the temperature of the output part is restricted, and a magnetron for a microwave oven of a stable operation can be obtained.
