PURPOSE:To suppress a flexing deformation by welding a patch in the peripheral direction to reinforce both end parts of connection surfaces in a semi-annular turbine nozzle diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle blade 15 is provided to be arranged between an outer ring 11 of a semi-annular nozzle diaphragm and its inner ring 12 through spacers 13, 14. And a patch 16 is welded to reinforce both end parts of the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 12 serving for a horizontal connection surface of the nozzle diaphragm 10. In this way, stress by the nozzle blade, in which the highest level of stress is generated, in the vicinity of the horizontal connection surface is uniformly distributed in the peripheral direction of the nozzle diaphragm, and the flexing deformation, generated in the nozzle diaphragm, an be suppressed.
