PURPOSE:To accurately know the wavelength and power of light to be measured by constituting a diffraction grating so that one of output lights from a reference light source and a marker light source and the light to be measured is switched and made incident. CONSTITUTION:When an optical switch 11 is off and an optical switch 10 is on, the output light of the reference light source 6 is reflected by a mirror 7 and mixed with the output light of the marker light source 8 by a half-mirror 9 to pass through the optical switch 10. Then, the passing light is reflected by a half-mirror 12, reduced by a slit 1, and reflected by a paraboilc mirror 2 to become parallel light, which is diffracted by the diffraction grating 3 by an angle corresponding to the wavelength. Then, this diffracted light is reflected and converged by a parabolic mirror 4 and detected by a photodetector array 5. The diffraction grating 3 varies in angle of diffraction with the wavelength, so wavelength separation is performed. Consequently, the wavelength and light power of the light to be measured are accurately known. |
