PURPOSE:To obtain a good image by treating the supporting parts of transfer material so as to increase in dielectric constant of the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:The supporting parts 10 of the transfer material which is the constituting element of the transfer drum is formed by jointing a ferroelectric body layer 22 composed of a polyfluoronated vinylidene, etc., with a base layer 21 of a polyester film, etc., through an intermediate sticking layer 30. Thus, by jointing the ferroelectric body layer 22 with the transfer material, the dielectric constant of the supporting parts 10 of the transfer material is wholly increased. Thus, the titled device having large electrostatic capacity C with less deflection is obtd., thereby preventing deteriorating of the image quality due to releasing discharge.
