PURPOSE:To form a free curved face having shape intended by an operator easily by obtining positional vector that indicates a curved face after transformation from positional vector indicated by transform positional information and positional vector indicating the face before transformation. CONSTITUTION:A vector field function Fi is set for a transformed area of an ellipse in variable distribution expressed by a Gaussian distribution function, and transform vector Vi* that indicate the amount of transformation and direction at a point of application is designated. By multiplying the transform vector Vi* and the function Fi, a preliminary transform positional vector PD(i-1)* that indicates preliminary transformation of the curved face in the transformed area is obtained. By adding a position transform function PEX(i-1)* to it a positional vector Pi* that indicates a final transformed curved face is obtained. Thus, by determining the direction of positional change and magnitude on transformation points P1, P2 - etc. making a point of application P0 a center using the function PEX(i-1)*, a free curved face intended by an operator can be formed. |
