ADDRESS ROLL CALLING CIRCUIT

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress the increase of the number of terminals by outputting a line address coincidence signal and a column address coincidence signal to a single external terminal with time division. CONSTITUTION:A line address comparator 3 compares a line address applied from the external with a defective line address outputted from a defective line address storing ROM 2, and when both the addresses coincide with each other, outputs a line address coincidence signal. A column address comparator 5 output a column address coincidence signal similarly. These outputs are outputted to a coincidence signal output circuit 6 with time division based upon timing signals outputted from timing generators 7, 8.
