PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform abrasion resistance by providing a shaft and a crank independently then applying ceramic material previously onto the surfaces of said shaft and crank thereafter fixing the crank to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A crank 6 is fixed to a shaft 5 independently therefrom. Ceramic material is applied independently onto the surfaces of the shaft 5 and the crank 6. Then the crank 6 is fixed to the shaft 5 through shrinkage fitting or bulging. Consequently, an eccentric portion does not occur when coating is performed thereby a quite smooth coating film can be obtained thus providing a uniform abrasion resistance.
