PURPOSE:To optionally execute the remote control of temperature of water by providing the titled device with plural setters for controlling a mixing valve driving device and driving a mixing valve. CONSTITUTION:The hot water-water mixing devices is constituted of the mixing valve 7 for controlling the mixing ratio of hot water to water. the mixing valve driving device 8 for driving the valve 7, a temperature detector 9 for mixed water under the valve 7, a solenoid valve 10 for controlling the flow rate of the mixed water, plural setters 11, and a controller 12. The setters 11 are constituted of a master setter whose signal is processed with the highest priority and plural slave setters branched from the master setter and respectively independently set up. When a required state value of mixed water is set up by the plural setters, the controller 12 controls the mixing valve 7 and the electromagnetic valve 10 to supply mixed water equal to the set state.
