PURPOSE:To improve the dispersibility of a metallic magnetic powder in magnetic paint and to enhance the anticorrosion action on the metallic magnetic powder, by preparing a surfactant using a substance having a phosphoric type polar group represented by a specific general formula as a main component. CONSTITUTION:A substance represented by formula I (wherein one or more of R1, R2 and R3 is a fluoroalkyl derivative residue having one or more 3 or more C fluoroalkyl terminal and the remainder is a phenyl group or a 8 or more C aliphatic alkyl group and l, m and n are 0 or 1) or formula II (wherein one or more of R4, R5 and R6 are fluoroalkyl derivative residue having one or more 3 or more C fluoroalkyl terminal and the remainder is a phenyl group or 8 or more aliphatic alkyl group and r and s are 0 or 1) is used as a main component to prepare a surfactant.
