PURPOSE:To purify smoothly and effectively by providing a sequential control for a pump and valves for closing a tank by means of sensor signals coming from an air suction sensing and preventing device provided between a tank for raw liquid and elute and the pump. CONSTITUTION:A sequential control to control a pump 3 and closing valves 6, 7a, 7b and the like for each tank of tank groups 1 and 2 by means of sensor signals coming from a tank air suction sensing and preventing device 21 and a sensing and preventing device 21 is provided between a raw liquid tank 1, an elute tank 2 and the pump 3. The air suction sensing and preventing device 21 is equipped with an upper level switch 11a and a lower level switch 11b. By said arrangement, air suction in the operation process is prevented, and switchover volume of tanks can be automatically controlled to purify smoothly and effectively. |
