<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a cable from being broken owing to abnormal tensile force caused by the movement of a mobile body by detecting a tensile force which operates on the cable on the side of the mobile body. CONSTITUTION:When the tensile force operates on the cable 1, a flexible seal ring 22 flexes at its thin inflection part 22C with the tensile force, which is therefore transmitted to the mobile body 13 through the cable 1 to operate on a load cell 31, so that variation in the tensile force is detected electrically. In this case, the flexible seal ring 22 has its outer peripheral part 22A and inner peripheral part 22B fixed to the internal wall of a cable through hole 21 and the external wall of a cylinder body 7 for penetration in an airtight and watertight state and its intermediate thin inflection part 22C flexes, so the tensile force is transmitted to the load cell 31 in the mobile body 13 by the movement of the cable without any deterioration in sealing performance. In this mobile body, the cable is anchored to the mobile body through the load cell, so the tensile force which operates on the cable is detected in the mobile body.</p> |
