<p>PURPOSE:To irradiate only a limited area on a body to be irradiated with light which has plural spectral characteristics by rotating a rotating body which has >=2 kinds of fluorescent bodies and irradiating the body to be irradiated with light emitted by the fluorescent bodies. CONSTITUTION:The rotating body 1 of the light irradiating device L is rotated at a 75rpm constant speed and then the fluorescent bodies A and B face a transfer recording medium 8 alternately at a 100ms period across a slit 3 and a lens 4. Therefore, when a light source 2 goes on and off according to a timing chart, the rotation of the rotating body 1 is brought under phase control so that the light illuminating a transfer recording layer 8b through the slit 3 and lens 4 reaches only the fluorescent body A or B; and then the transfer recording layer 8b is irradiated with light having a spectral distribution A at the time of magenta recording or light having a spectral distribution B at the time of blue recording. Further, light emitted by the fluorescent bodes A and B passes through the slit 3 to form an image on the transfer recording layer 8b through the lens 4, so the irradiation width is small and only the area heated by a heating body is irradiated with the light.</p> |
