PURPOSE:To reduce cost by providing a terminal equipment for supervision and a speed adjusting means thereby eliminating a need for expanding the capacity of the power suource circuit of a central control unit even in case a terminal equipment for control whose generating period of a rush current is long is connected. CONSTITUTION:In case an interruption request signal is issued from a terminal equipment for supervisory terminal equipment 2 to which a pattern operating switch 6 is connected, first, the central control unit 1 transmits a transmission signal to access the terminal equipment for supervision to which a speed setting switch 7 is connected and checks the presence/absence of a return signal to decide whether the speed-setting of transmission signals is already set or not. In case the speed-setting switch 7 is provided, the supervisory data returned to the central control unit 1 is checked by means of a return signal to confirm the set speed set by the speed setting switch 7, and transmission signals to respectively control plural loads 91-9n are transmitted at this set speed, and by means of this transmission, a control data is transmitted to the terminal equipment for control 3 which controls the plural loads 91-9n, so that the load controlling relays of control relay circuits are sequentially operated to turn on the losds 91-9n.
