PURPOSE:To prepare an integrated product comprising a sheet and resin, without any defects such as molding sink and the like, out of resin even with low MFR value by extruding resin in lumps on a bottom force (sheet) after setting a performed sheet in the bottom force and then pressure molding the sheet and resin between the to and bottom forces. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic polypropylene, ABS resin and the like are used, in which filling agent and additives are kneaded at a ratio of less than 70wt%. Premolded resin 4 and a sheet 11 of the same material are set on the surface of cavity of a bottom tool 10 into which resin 4 is extruded. A unit 6 equipped with a batching mechanism and injection mechanism and a nozzle 7 are installed in a resin supply device 5, and a supply device 6 is made to be transferable to front and rear, left and right, by a transfer mechanism 8. The plasticized resin 4 is extruded in lumps on the bottom force 10 by the nozzle 7 by means of the action of the transfer mechanism 8. The sheet 11 and resin 4 are pressurized and molded integrally before resin 4 is cooled and solidified. |
