<p>PURPOSE:To reduce utility by providing an arithmetic unit to estimate chemical group concentration and desulfurizing performance difficult to be measured basing on a boiler operations terms, desulfurization device operation terms and volume of conditions possible to measure actual hours and controlling drain treatment with output signals. CONSTITUTION:Combustion exhaust gas of a boiler 1 is guided into a desulfurization device 5 through an electrostatic precipitator 2, a denitration device 3 and an air preheater 4, and SO2 is absorbed by absorbent supplied from an absorbing column circulating pump 8. Flow of absorbent, flow of alkaline agent, number of absorbing column circulating pumps 8 and number of operation of oxidizing blowers 9 are controlled respectively with output signals 23, 20, 22 and 21 of a desulfurization control device 16. Quantities of chemicals to be put in to remove injurious contents in the drain are controlled by a drain treatment control device 14 based on output signals 26 of a drain treatment control device 19. Also, a drain blow valve 13 is opened and closed by output signals 24 to adjust drain flow.</p> |
