PURPOSE:To perform bending and shearing through a single machine, by providing a body, having the one of cutters and a notch, and a rotary arm having an bending roller and the other of the cutters. CONSTITUTION:A body 14 is provided on its upper surface with a center roller 24 and a stopper 26 for bending, positioned facing the center roller, and on its under surface with a shearing cutter 28. The center roller 24 has a roller part 30 and a base part 34, engaged with an oblong hole 32 in the body, which are both formed integrally with the center roller. The roller part 30 is eccentrically extended from the base part 34, and by changing the position of the roller part, bending having a different bending angle can be effected. On the other hand, a rotary arm 18 is provided with a bending roller 44 and a shearing cutter 46. The cutter 46 is disposed in an attaching groove 47 formed in the upper surface of the rotary arm 18.
