PURPOSE:To receive a question and an answer through a telephone line with a general PB telephone set by connecting an optional tested person terminal to input each questionnaire information to a questionnaire collecting analyzing device, executing an individual calling and a simultaneous calling selectively and outputting the analyzing result of the received questionnaire information. CONSTITUTION:When a common controller 51 sends the dial sending order of respective tested person terminals, a PB signal transmitting/receiving circuit 43 transmits the telephone number of a tested person terminal 11 to a telephone exchange 21, calls individually or simultaneously and connects it through a collecting center 31 and the telephone exchange 21. Further, the common controller 51 sends the instruction to a switching controller 44, connects a subscriber line with an announcer mike 61 (or a talkie sound source 62) and communicates the instruction, etc., of the execution of a questionnaire and the input of the notice and answer of the question. Next, an answer signal from respective tested person terminals returned to the question is decoded by the PB signal transmitting/receiving circuit 43. The common controller 51 instructs the report of the decoding result through a signal system processing part 53, treats and processes the result and outputs to an output device 81 by the form applicable to the request specifications of a system. |
