发明名称 THERMAL FATIGUE TESTING APPARATUS
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily perform a heat fatigue test under such a condition that a temp. gradient is provided in a thickness direction, by heating and cooling the upper and lower surfaces as well as inner and outer surfaces of a body to be tested by the heating fluids of respectively separate systems to control the temps. of both surfaces. CONSTITUTION:The upper and lower surfaces of a rectangular planar body 1 to be tested are respectively covered with an upper surface flow passage forming plate 2 and a lower surface flow passage forming plate 3, and an upper surface flow passage 4 and a lower surface flow passage 5 are respectively formed between said upper and lower surfaces. In this apparatus, a fluid of temp. T1 and flow quantity Q1 is made flow through the flow passage 4 while a fluid of temp. T2 and flow quantity of Q2 is made to flow through the flow passage 5. Whereupon, the temps. of the upper and lower surfaces of the body 1 to be tested respectively come to T1', T2' and said temps. T1', T2' and the temp. difference thereof are measured by a temp. measuring device 6. The measuring results are fed back to fluid heating devices I, II and blowers I, II to respectively control the temps. T1', T2'. By this method, a heat fatigue test can be performed under a predetermined temp. difference and average temp. condition.
