<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a trim which is easily attaching an outer skin, by impregnating the outer peripheral edge of the outer skin set in mold dies, with injection molding resin to form a resin trim body, and by incorporating a locking hook section integrally with the trim body in this stage. CONSTITUTION:A trim attached with an outer skin, is composed of a synthetic resin band-like trim body 1 laid along the outer peripheral surface of the outer skin C made of leather or the like and a hook section 2 projected from the rear surface of the trim body 1 and adapted to be inserted into a locking hole E in a door trim base P, both of which are molded integrally with each other by means of injection molding or the like. In this stage, the trim body 1 is formed thereon with an L-like stepped part 1a adapted to be engaged with the lower end side of the door trim base P, while, the hook section 2 is formed in a key-like shape having a wedge-like projection 2a connected with the locking hole E and engaged with the rear side of the base P. With this arrangement, it is possible to firmly fix the outer skin C to the inside front surface of a door even though it is local.</p> |
