PURPOSE:To prevent adhesion of oil to the inner wall of a tube by providing a valve section at a section of a tube cap extending from an enclosed container where a valve seat section projecting to the inner wall side is provided at one end section. CONSTITUTION:A cap 4 is provided with a tubular section 5 covering the outer circumference of a tube 2 and a conical valve section 6 at the tip of the tube 2. A valve seat section 7 constructed from a projection at one end of the tube 2 extending from an enclosed container 3 is pressure contacted with the valve section 6. Even when the cap 4 is removed, the oil adhered to the tip of the valve section 6 is removed by the valve seat section 7, thereby adhesion of oil to the inner wall of the tube 2 can be eliminated.
