PURPOSE:To bend a working stock freely by a desired angle in a desired direction by passing the working stock through a guide hole by a precribed length, determining the bending direction of a bending body and rotating the bending body at the prescribed angle, thereby bending the working stock. CONSTITUTION:The stock 3 is fed to the stock guide 24 and is passed through the guide hole 26 by which the stock is fed to the prescribed length. The part projecting from a working head 27 is bent in the optional direction determined by the rotating angle of a bending direction determining body 30 at the optional angle determined by the oscillating angle of the bending body 43, by which the stock 3 is bent to the prescribed shape. A cutting blade 66 is then moved by driving of a motor 90 and the bent stock 3 is cut between said blade and a bending plate 49. The working stock is thereby freely and easily bent at the desired angle in the desired direction.
