PURPOSE:To prevent information from being utilized illegally, by inspecting a coincidence to a password corresponding to a user ID to which many groups consisting of a stored user ID, a password and a certifier have been inputted, and deciding a fact that a regular user has not been certified, when an illegal user has obtained a certification. CONSTITUTION:Many groups consisting of a user ID, a password and a certifier are stored in a user information storage means 1 of a user certifying device, the input ID and the password are inputted to an input means 2, and a coincidence of the password which has been inputted to the means 2, and the password corresponding to the user ID in the password which has been stored in the means 1 is inspected by a password coincidence inspecting part 3. Also, in a certifier storage means 4, a certifier which can be rewritten and carried is stored, and a coincidence of the contents of the means 4 and the certifier to the user ID which has been inputted to the means 1 is inspected by a certifier coincidence inspecting part 5. In this state, in accordance with a result of a coincidence detection of the inspecting parts 3, 5 a user certification output part 6 is controlled, and when an illegal user has been certified, it is decided that a regular user has not been certified. |
