PURPOSE:To improve roughness like laver collected in the latter period and to remove foreign matters such as diatom, by putting raw laver in a closed container and stirring the laver under <=given internal pressure. CONSTITUTION:Dehydrated laver is collected in a storage tank 1, sent through a hose 3 to a closed tank 4 and pressurized air is sent from a valve 8 to the closed tank. When pressure in the tank 4 reaches a set pressure, the pressure valve 8 is closed. When the raw laver is fed to the closed tank, the raw laver is simultaneously stirred by blades 14 and 15. Then, when the amount of the remaining raw laver in a blender is reduced, a discharge valve 17 attached to a discharge pipe 6 of the closed tank 4 is opened and the raw laver is automatically pushed out through the valve 17 to a hose 19 as shown by an arrow 18 and fed to the blender. Consequently, the raw laver is discharged and when the amount of the raw laver in the closed tank is reduced, the raw laver in the storage tank 1 is sent to the closed tank 4 and these operations are repeated to improve qualities of raw laver. |
