Proposed is a transversely stable, curve-negotiating rolling belt of an elastomer material, in which pull lines are arranged at defined locations with respect to the rolled belt cross-section. There is provided at least one fabric insert which, seen in the longitudinal direction of the belt, runs obliquely at a predetermined angle with respect to the transverse or longitudinal axis in the elastomer material of the rolling belt. <IMAGE>
