PURPOSE:To lessen the shifting off of a sheet after bonding a magnetic floppy disk with a yoke and to obtain a high quality jacket free from phase shift of a signal by bonding them with a radiation curing type adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The liquid radiation curing adhesive is applied on the yoke 12 and/or a magnetic disk 11 in its or their specified location (s) and with a specific thickness. On the thus made surface, radiactive rays are emitted from few to a few tens of seconds to form an adhesive layer. Thereafter, the yoke 12 and the magnetic disk 11 are automatically bonded together to produce a magnetic disk with yoke 10. For the radiation curing adhesive, a desirable material may be such that a tackifier and a rubber ingredient are mixed in an acryl oligomer which is the major ingredient, and further an optical sensitizer and an optical accelerator are mixed. Of the application of the above adhesive on the magnetic disk 11 and/or the yoke 12, the adhesive is applied by means of an automatic painting method as controlling the thickness of the layer by such as a silk screen or mail coating.
