PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption and to improve an S/N, by driving a light emitting element corresponding to an optical switch in time division, deciding the presence/absence of a switching operation by sampling an optical control signal received through the optical switch, synchronizing with the above driving, and performing the conversion of the optical control signal when the switching operation is performed. CONSTITUTION:A clock from an oscillator 8 is frequency-divided to l/m by a frequency divider 9, then being inputted to a counter 10. The output of the counter 10 is inputted to a decoder 11, and is converted to a selection signal one point by one point, and receives a pulse conversion at negative logical AND gates 211-21n by the output of the oscillator 8, and is inputted to a monostable multivibrator 181 through a LED driving circuit 12, optical fibers 141-14n, optical switches 201-20n, optical fibers 151-15n, and reception circuit 13. Monostable multivibrators 181-18n supply the pulses to driving circuits 191-19n, and drive relays 211-21n. |
