For the simplified production of slide montages, the prepunched basic montage foil is caused to slide and is fixed in position with the cutting montage foil, register pins are placed on the montage foil and the slide montage foil, further montage foils are inserted one above the other in the register pins, all the montage foils are provided simultaneously on one side with an additional punch-hole into which an additional register pin is inserted, montage foils and slide montage foils are turned through 180 DEG around the additional register pin and, on the opposite side, a second additional punching is made in the montage foil and the slide montage foil.
