PURPOSE:To enable a safe and convenient light working without the need for excess area in pulling out a die by providing a T slot on the lower face of a die holder and fitting the upper part T shaped part of the die in the longitudi nal direction of the lower face of the die holder. CONSTITUTION:A press brake 3 is driven by the driven gear 27 at one end of a rotary shaft 9. The upper part table 5 is thus moved vertically with its position adjustable freely via sliding posts 15, 15, the upper die 29 located on the lower face of a die holder 1 approaches and separates against the lower die 25 and a work piece W is bent. The die holder 1 equips a T shaped part 31 at the upper part of the upper die 29 and is pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the upper die 29. The work piece W can be pulled out of the upper die 29 by rocking the die 1. In this way the rationalization of a safe and conve nient light working is enabled without the inconvenience of occupying a larger floor space.
