PURPOSE:To optionally lay out a layout of a business form, and to execute a calculation of each optional cell and a calculation of plural business forms, by holding text information, and table information in the business form by two independent formats, and managing it by an overlay managing part. CONSTITUTION:A main memory 2 is connected to a CPU 1 of a business form calculating device, and an image memory 4 in which ruled line information has been stored in advance through a system bus 3, and an image memory 5 in which table generating and calculating information has been stored in advance are connected to the main memory 2. Also, a scanner 30, a keyboard 9, a laser beam printer 31, etc., are connected through an image bus 7. In this state, a ruled line of an optional business form is laid out by a scanner 30 and displayed on a display 8. Subsequently, based on a program of a table generating and table calculating part 24 of the memory 2, the data from the board 9 and an editing command from a mouse 10 are analyzed, and a ruled line which has been read in advance, the data of a business form and a sentence are superposed by an overlay managing part 26, and brought to a boundary adjustment by a boundary adjusting part 25. |
