PURPOSE:To save the energy by providing a piston to be coupled with a float liftable/lowerable according to the variation of tide level in a pumping tank and feeding water from the pumping tank to a storage tank. CONSTITUTION:A float 23 is coupled through a link mechanism 24 with a piston 20 so as to slide the piston 20 up and down through lifting/lowering of the float 23 corresponding to the tide level. Sea water taken through a sea water take-in port 30 is pumped by means of the piston 20 and fed to a water storage tank 16. Sea water stored in the storage tank 16 is fed to an injection nozzle 42. Consequently, the energy can be saved by utilizing the natural energy to be produced through variation of the tide level.
