发明名称 GROOVE PROFILING CONTROL METHOD FOR HIGH-SPEED ROTATING ARC FILLET WELDING
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize the highly accurate profiling with satisfactory response by dividing a waveform fo an electric current or the voltage of a rotating arc at a prescribed angle in front in the welding proceeding direction and performing groove profile control of a fillet part based on an area formed by the divided waveforms. CONSTITUTION:The fillet welding is performed while the arc 4 is rotated at a high speed and the waveform of the arc voltage or a welding current is detected and the waveform is divided at the prescribed angle phi0 in a range of 5-180 deg. on right and left with a point Cf in front in the welding proceeding direction as a center. The divided waveforms are integrated and a difference SL-SR between the area SL formed by the waveform and a rotation angle (-phi0-0) on the left and the area SR formed by the waveform and a rotation angle (0-phi0) on the right is calculated and the torch position is corrected in the direction of the groove width so that a difference value is made zero. In the same way, the corresponding area S'R and area S'L are calculated form the waveforms divided at the prescribed angle phi0 with the point Cf in front as a center and the torch height is corrected so that the sum of the area S'R and the area S'L is made equal to a reference value S0. In this way, the highly accurate profiling with satisfactory response can be realized.
