PURPOSE:To enable high-speed sampling of a great quantity of measured value signals of high insulating property at a high voltage, by introducing a ground value for making actually-measured signal and correcting value signal, installing an input signal switch issuing out by switching any one of them on the upstream of an insulated amplifier and switching according to a correcting value input timing generator. CONSTITUTION:An input signal switch 2 introduces actually-measured value signals v1, v2, ..., vn issued from a plurality of measuring points of a plane 1 using a high voltage, such as a nuclear fusion apparatus and a ground value u0 for obtaining correcting value signals U1, U2, ..., Un of these measured points and issues any one of them to the measuring points respectively by switching.
