PURPOSE:To enable a device to be smoothly rotated without getting out of timing on conductive change-over, by setting the phase lag of filter circuits to become a specified value with specified rotational frequency, and by regulating the phase lag to become the specified value by a phase regulating means in case where the rotational frequency in other than a specified one. CONSTITUTION:Voltage induced to stator windings 7-12 is detected by a position detecting means 27, and according to the output, by a control means 28, current is conducted to the specified phase of three-phase stator windings 7-12. The position detecting means 27 is connected to respective phase terminals which are not the neutral points of the three-phase stator windings 7-12, and is composed of filter circuits 14-16 generating specified phase lag with specified rotational frequency, comparator circuits 23-25 comparing each output of the filter circuits 14-16 with each other, and a phase regulating means 26 regulating phase to come to a specified value even if the phase lag of the comparator circuits 23-25 is generated without the specified rotational frequency. |
