PURPOSE:To prevent the delay of ignition due to the excessive injection by forming a fuel passage into a needle valve installed in free elevation into a nozzle body and introducing the fuel oil corresponding to the lift of the needle valve into an injection port from a fuel chamber, thus permitting the injection of the fuel corresponding to the operation state of an engine. CONSTITUTION:Fuel oil is supplied into a fuel chamber 3 through the fuel feeding passage 7 in a nozzle body 1, and a portion of the fuel oil is sent into an injection port 6 through the first fuel passage 12 according to the supplied fuel oil pressure. At the same time, the fuel oil pressure is allowed to act into the first throttle part 10, and a needle valve 2 is lifted to the opening direction. Therefore, the fuel oil sent in the first fuel passage 12 is jetted from the injection port 6. At the same time, an opened hole 13 is allowed to communicate to the fuel chamber 3 according to the lift of the needle valve 2, and fuel oil is introduced into a valve seat 5 from the fuel chamber 3. Therefore, the total quantity of the fuel oil which passes through the first and the second fuel passage 12 and 15 is jetted from the injection port 6. Therefore, even if the fuel oil pressure sharply rises, the sharp lift of the needle valve 2 is suppressed.
