PURPOSE:To form a uniform filmy org. wiring body by developing a film forming molecular group on a liq. surface, transferring the molecular group onto a carrier having a smooth part and a roughened surface part on the surface, and forming the film to improve the adhesion to the carrier. CONSTITUTION:Org. electrically conductive compds. shown by formulas I, II, etc., are dissolved in a volatile solvent such as benzene, and the soln. is developed by using a cylinder, etc., on the water phase 2 in the water vessel 1 of a monomolecular film forming device. As the solvent is volatilized, the molecule of the org. conductive compd. is deposited in the form of a film wherein the hydrophilic group is directed to the water phase 2 and the hydrophobic group is directed to the gaseous phase. The surface pressure obtained by limiting the developing area of the deposit by a mobile barrier 3 is then measured by a surface pressure gage 5 having a surface pressure sensor 4, and a surface pressure appropriate for the production of built-up films is set. Subsequently, a carrier 7 is vertically lifted up and down by a holder 8, and the monomolecular film of the org. conductive compd. is transferred onto the carrier 7.
