PURPOSE:To make it possible to sufficiently secure a refrigerating machine oil at a bottom portion of a closed container, by forming a pump chamber at an upper end surface of a rotor of a motor, and providing a centrifugal pump formed with a discharge port directed to a lower space of the motor in the pump chamber. CONSTITUTION:A pump chamber 29 is formed by a ring 26, a pump cover 27 and an upper end of a rotor 10. A centrifugal pump 31 is formed by the pump chamber 29, a suction port 28 and a discharge port 30. With this arrangement, a refrigerating machine oil once lifted to an upper space of a motor 11 upon forming or the like may be easily returned to a lower space of the motor 11. Accordingly, the refrigerating machine oil may be sufficiently secured in a bottom portion of a closed container.
