PURPOSE:To enable a positive pressure valve body to be always seated in an excellent manner, by a method wherein the energizing force of a spring, which energizes the positive pressure value body, movably located in position situated facing an inner cover, in a valve closing direction, can be always exerted as a rotation force in a valve closing direction on the positive pressure valve body. CONSTITUTION:A radiator for an automobile provided at the upper part of an upper tank 5 with a water implanting port pipe 9 closed with a cap 100. The cap 100 is formed with an outer cover 101, with which a flange part 205 of an outer cylinder body 203 of the water implanting port 9 is covered, and an inner cover 107, containing a positive pressure valve body (bottom plate) 120 capable of being brought into contact with a positive pressure seal seat surface 202 of an inner cylinder body 201. A pressure regulating valve 140, communicating and shutting off the upper and the lower space of a valve body, is disposed to a valve body 120. A coil spring 137 is located between the inner cover 107 and the valve body 120, and energizes the valve body 120. In this case, the lower end of the spring 137 is positioned on the extension surface of the seal member joint of the valve body 120.
