PURPOSE:To materialize miniaturization and lightweightness of a motor, by making its rotor magnet of rare earth metal, iron and boron family sintered magnet and by a radial anisotropic monoblock moulding method. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 8 is secured to bearings 1 through presser foot frame 3. A motor is laid out in the wheel house. The motor is composed of a yoke 7, a rotor magnet 5, an armature 4a and a coil 4b. A rotor magnet 5 is of a rare earth metal, iron and boron-family sintered and made by a radial anisotropic monoblock moulding method. When the pulse current or alternate current is added to the coil 4b, the wheel 8 and a tyre 9 rotate through bearings 1.
