PURPOSE:To contrive not to transmit the external force applied to metal caps to a conductor wire and to cause no disconnection which is the fatal defect of a coil by a method wherein the conductor wire is connected to terminals and the terminals are connected to the metal caps through conductive members. CONSTITUTION:Terminals 3 stretched in an axial form from outward are each fixed to each of flange parts 2 provided on both ends of a columnar core 1 with a bonding agent 4, then circular plates 7 are fixed in such a way as to come into contact to the end surface on the outsides of the flange parts 2 provided on the both ends of the columnar core 1. Moreover, a conductor wire 5 is spirally wound around the shaft core of the columnar core 1, both ends of the conductor wire 5 are wound on the terminals 3, and the terminals 3 and the both ends of the conductor wire 5 and the terminals 3 and the circular plates 7 are each electrically connected by plating. The shaft core part is performed a protective coating as well with resin 9 excepting the circular plates 7 and the terminal parts 3 and moreover, the lead terminals 3 are cut from their roots and metal caps 8 are each pressed into the circular plates 7 fixed on the end surfaces of the columnar core 1. After that, a protective coating is again performed on the parts other than the metal caps 8 with the resin 9 and a coil is completed.
