PURPOSE:To prevent the scattering of toner in a cleaning device to outside by fixing the base part of a flexible film elongated in the direction of width of housing to blade means and abutting the tip of the flexible film against the inner face of the housing. CONSTITUTION:A thin flexible film 10 such as, for instance, Mylar paper, is fixed to an oscillating member 4. The flexible film 10 of which the base 10a is fixed by a two-sides adhesive tape 11 elongates in the whose transverse direction of the housing 2, that is, the perpendicular direction to the paper. Since the tip 10b of the flexible film 10 is abutted on the inner face of the housing 2, the inside space of the housing 2 can be divided into two without disturbing rocking caused by its own weight of the rocking member 4. Since the inside space of the housing 2 is separated into two by the flexible film 10, air current does not occur in the housing. Thus, toner in the housing 2 is not scattered to the outside.
