PURPOSE:To decrease number of components and also to widen the adjusting frequency width by connecting a capacitor for correcting circuit between a pin terminal of an IC corresponding to a collector of a transistor (TR) and an earth terminal. CONSTITUTION:Two surface acoustic wave oscillators L1, L2 corresponding to each dead channel are externally mounted to the pin terminal of the IC corresponding to a junction between the base and collector of the TR in a way to be changed over. Since the capacitor for correction stabilizing the oscillation of each channel is only one capacitor C3 mounted externally to the pin terminal of the IC corresponding to the junction between the collector and the emitter of the TR, no capacitor for correction is needed for each channel and the number of components is decreased. Further, since the oscillating frequency satisfying the oscillating condition to the phase is biased to the resonance frequency side of the surface acoustic wave elements L1, L2 because of the connection of the capacitor C3, the oscillation is attained easily and the capacitor is connected in parallel with a capacitor CC, then the amount of feedback is increased and the range of adjustment of capacitance for stable oscillation is wide. |
