PURPOSE:To make a color stripe of 3 colors color filter for example, of a liquid crystal display clear, and to obtain the color filter having the improved optical characteristics by forming the functional coating film with highly precise not only on the transparent conductive circuit pattern of the transparent substrate, but also in the space of between the circuit patterns. CONSTITUTION:The precoat having the prescribed functional property and shading property is formed on the transparent conductive circuit pattern of the transparent substrate. The 2nd coat having the photocuring and functional properties such as the shading and/or sticking properties is formed on the transparent substrate having the precoat. The transparent substrate is exposed from the backside thereof followed by peeling or removing an uncured part of the 2nd coat mounted on the precoat. Thus, the thin film having excellent shading property is formed between the patterns with highly precise, thereby making a color display of the liquid crystal display clear. |
