PURPOSE:To eliminate fluctuations of outputs of each magnetoresistance effect element, by connecting each one of left and right magnetoresistance effect element of a plurality of magnetoresistance effect elements located in right-to- left symmetry to common terminals through a common wiring unit widened with respect to its magnetoresistance effect element. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head is made by connecting each one of left and right magnetoresistance effect elements in a plurality of the magnetoresistance effect elements located in right-to-left symmetry to a common terminal through a common wiring unit widened with respect to its magnetoresistance effect element. Each one of the left and right magnetoresistance effect elements R1, R4 and R2, R3 in each magnetoresistance effect element of a plurality of magnetoresistance effect elements located, for instance, in right-to-left symmetry to common terminals p, u through a common wiring unit (a) widened with respect to its magnetoresistance effect element and the common wiring units (a) are made as positive and negative poles of the electric power source.
